Hutch, while working undercover on a construction site, finds himself on the third floor of a building in need of a handsaw. He sees Starsky on the first floor. He yells down to him, but Starsky can't hear him, so he uses sign language. Hutch points to his eye, meaning "I"—points to his knee, meaning "need" and moves his hand back and forth in a handsaw manner.

     Starsky nods his head, unzips his skintight jeans, and starts masturbating.

     Hutch goes berserk! He runs down to the first floor and says, "What the hell is wrong with you, partner? Are you trying to blow our cover? I said I need a handsaw!"
